Fire Safe Council for Monterey County
FSCMC is the actual awardee of the grant and the fiscal sponsor, and will serve as primary Project Manager. They will be responsible for scoping the project, vetting, interviewing and hiring the contractor, and managing the grant funds.
FSCMC will also meet with field representatives of PG&E and with Rancho del Sol community to review the specific work to be done. This work is in addition to any work PG&E might be doing, but is intended to be collaborative.
The Term of the grant is that 75% of the project must be completed by September 30th, and 100% complete by November 15th.

Coordinate outreach and communication to our residents before, during and after the reduction work; work with FSCMC to define the scope of the project and specific work to be done, assist with any necessary traffic control during the reduction work; capture photographs before, during and after the reduction work as stipulated by the grant.
